2025 holiday operational hours summary

Here’s how each Connective Lending funder will be operating over the Christmas and New Year period.

All funders will be closed on public holidays and several will operate with reduced staffing or have early cut-off dates across the Christmas and New Year period. The summary below outlines each funder’s hours, key dates and any changes to service levels so you can plan December and January lodgements with confidence.

Connective Complete

Connective Complete will operate with limited client service from 24 December - 5 January, and will be closed on public holidays.

Deals can be submitted throughout December and January, but submit by 28 November for pre-Christmas settlement.

We’ll be closed on public holidays. Our normal business phone number will remain operational on 1300 425 913.

Connective Elevate

Operating with skeleton staff throughout the holiday period and closed on public holidays.No formal cut-off for submissions, but standard SLAs will not apply.

Connective Horizon

Connective Horizon will remain open throughout the holiday period (closed on public holidays), operating with a skeleton staff from 23 December 2025 to 2 January 2026.

Panel Solicitors

  • MSA: Open excluding public holidays. Refinances and clear-title settlements via PEXA from 23 December to 2 January 2026 for Construction and Standard Residential products.
  • Green Mortgage Lawyers (GML): Closed after 23 December, reopening 5 January 2026. Limited operations 23–24 December (purchase settlements only, no same-day bookings, and funding notices required in advance). All settlements must be completed via PEXA only.

Connective Reverse

Connective Reverse will be closed on public holidays -  25 Dec, 26 Dec and 1 Jan.
We will operate with reduced staffing from 29 December – 2 January, with slower expected response times.
Full service resumes 5 January.

Connective Solutions

To ensure settlements are completed before the holiday break:
  • Formal approval required by COB 8 December 2025
  • Documents returned to panel solicitors by COB 15 December 202
We’ll be taking bookings between 27–31 December 2025 and 5 January 2026, though capacity will be limited and dependent on third parties.

New applications submitted on 24 and 31 December 2025 may take longer to assess, as we’ll close at 1:00 pm (AEDT).

Connective Advance

To ensure settlements are completed before the holiday break:
  • Formal approval required by COB 8 December 2025
  • Documents returned to panel solicitors by COB 15 December 202

Commercial

  • Applications lodged (with valuation ) by Friday 28 November 2025
  • Unconditional approvals by Friday 5 December 2025
  • Documents returned by Thursday 18 December 2025
  • Booked in and accepted by all parties by Friday 19 December 2025 for settlement 22 or 23 December.

Residential

  • Applications lodged (with valuation) by Friday 5 December 2025
  • Unconditional approvals by Friday 12 December 2025
  • Documents returned by Friday 12 December 2025
  • Booked in and accepted by all parties by Friday 19 December 2025 for settlement 22 or 23 December.
In addition, any loans expecting to settle between 24 December and 6 January 2026 will need to be booked in by 23 December 2025
