Anyone who has ever built their own home knows the construction process rarely runs in a straight line. Aspiring homeowners and investors face plenty of hurdles that can trip them up, and often need to move quickly to secure their perfect block before they organise the building contract. That’s why Connective Horizon Vacant Land loans include an alt doc option for income verification, requiring only an accountant’s letter. We are also now accepting 100% of income from bonuses, overtime and commissions (previously 80%) on full doc applications. Borrowers then have up to two years to finalise their building plans. Once the building contract is in place, switching to a construction loan is seamless. When the last lick of paint is dry, the loan reverts to a standard home loan with a lower interest rate.
Vacant Land and Construction loans are available for Full Doc Prime, Alt Doc Prime, Expat and Non-resident borrowers. Jumbo loans up to $15M are considered.
