Customers can now contact our Lending Servicing Team directly on 1300 369 564 to initiate discharge, consent or substitution requests. Our specialists will manage the process from start to finish, reducing broker admin and ensuring a smoother experience.
For Substitution of Security requests, brokers can continue to email the Virtual Lending Team directly.
In some cases, a full assessment or loan balance reduction may still apply, and our team will discuss these details with the customer.
